Cast Iron and hardwood fire cooking really do go hand in hand. Our favorite use for this 10" skillet is shallow-oil frying over the fire. This skillet rests on the core cylinder of the Fire Pit Grill allowing you to fry over a hot pile of embers. The long handle design is extra helpful for handling over the fire and allows a two hand grip. Includes beechwood trivet and nesting serving spatula. We developed this pan originally as a stove-top paella pan, but we've discovered that it is truly a jack of all trades.
