Project Update: Happy New Year! Shipping update

Hello, you incredibly lovely, patient and understanding souls.

Happy New Year, and wishing you much joy and health for this year of the Wooden Snake. 

I want to thank you so much for your patience and understanding as I navigate this very new challenge for us, and that was changing printers due to our former one completely ghosting us and taking our deposit. They had bullied me into "securing materials" by giving them a large deposit and we have tried everything to retrieve it but just could not do a thing about it since its China. I learned a very hard lesson, and it really took the wind out of my sales, if I am being perfectly frank. 

We worked hard to find a new printer, and finally found one that is reputable but still affordable, but they have never printed our decks so it has been a steep learning curve. The last update is that they printed the completely wrong type of box, and have to reprint them. This is not anyones fault, we just had a custom made box with our other printer, so it has been a challenge to reproduce it. We will not sacrifice quality to get these printed quickly, as much as we want to get these done as fast as possible, we just do not want a faulty product that you hate. 

So I have mailed them directly our box and they will be reprinting it now based on the exact box we had before. Looking back, I should have done this to begin with, but I did not think it would be a challenge for them to reproduce it.

I am doing everything in my power to complete this project. Everything has taken a back seat in our production schedule because of this, so we are trying to hurry this as fast as humanly possible.

I will hopefully be able to get them flown to me instead of the sea, Im negotiating a way to do this...

I do not take this delay lightly, I have run 14 campaigns (15?) the past decade and we have never had so many issues. 

This new printer is wonderful, it is just a brand new project that they had no previous experience printing. We had to go with a smaller more affordable printer in order to match our previous printers pricing, so they are wonderful but not a huge factory.

Thnk you again for being so understanding, self publishing has been a bit of a challenge for many creators this past year, I was hoping we could avoid any challenges but here we are...
