After a week of back and forth with the amazing Backerkit team I have hopefully got the surveys working how I want! A "Smoke Test" has been sent out, so some backer will receive their survey very soon. If all goes to plan, the rest of the surveys with follow shortly after. 

In about two weeks time I will review the surveys to get an idea of numbers and put the order in with my manufacturer.

It has been two weeks since the project ended…it feels like much longer!

A few updates to share:

- When I updated the campaign to say the Pig Pen Cipher was next to be released, I swear the survey said 57% Pig Pen / 43% Dancing Men it now says 50/50! Because of this, I have decided to release both pins. It seems the only fair way to resolve this.

- I have also decided to upgrade the cat playing with a cipher wheel pin to make it spin, I know we didn’t reach this goal but feels like it must spin!

- I have submitted the surveys to Backerkit for review and hope to send them out on Monday. In doing this early, I can see which pins backers want and adjust my order quantities so the funds raised cover everything.

The escape room inspired pin project has come to an end with 43 amazing backers raising £922!

What happens now?

BackerKit usually takes about two weeks to process payments and release the funds. Between now and then I will be working on the reward surveys. This is how you'll select the pins you want and give you the opportunity to purchase additional pins if you like.  I will post another update when the surveys are live and ready to be completed.

I will not lock the surveys right away, they will be locked closer to when the pins are ready to ship, that way you can update addresses if needed. I will post an update two weeks before surveys are locked.

I will also keep you all updated on when the order has been submitted to the manufacturer, when it has been dispatched and any other relevant updates along the way.

The semaphore pin has been unlocked and now there is a new BACKER POLL to decide which pin to unlock next. Be sure to vote below BEFORE April 16 at 11:59 AM BST.

It is just over a week since launch and my funding goal has been met! Thank you to everyone who has pledged to make these escape room inspired enamel pins a reality.
