Fortune Favors Dice began as a push your luck one page TTRPG, Fortune Favors a Sword, which was created to support Doctors Without Borders in the TTRPGTok's MSF Charity Drive of January 2024.
 

This one page TTRPG became a one page rules lite game engine, Fortune Favors Dice, keeping the same design philosophy of blackjack inspired dice rolls and Push Forward, Hold Back, and Shift the Paradigm stats, making a wide variety of hacks possible and easy.

The new full game of Fortune Favors Dice is based off of the one page system, but includes expanded options (including example settings!) whether you want to play a oneshot or a campaign!
