Hello and welcome to DICE EXPLODER! Each week on this podcast we take a single tabletop RPG mechanic and break it down as deep as we possibly can.

Past seasons have been jam-packed with cohosts like John Harper, Meguey Baker, Jason Morningstar, and Alex Roberts talking about everything from "rolling dice" to Blaseball to a five and a half foot long handprinted scroll. The first year of the show was nominated for an ENNIE award. Season four is going to bring you even more of the great nuts and bolts analysis you've come to love, and if we raise enough, some brand new experiments, too.

Dice Exploder is a show about learning how games work, one concrete example at a time. Together, we'll learn more than ever.
