Bill Coffin is author of The Dark Britannia Saga; Pax Morgana, Pax Arcadia, and Pax Britannia published by Reliquary Press. He is also a contributing writer for many role-playing games in the fantasy and science fiction genres. Perhaps best known for his work at Palladium Books on book most notably on their Palladium Fantasy, Heroes Unlimited, and Rifts properties, and his own Systems Failure; a post-apocalyptic RPG set in an alternate reality of what if Y2K really happened.
