COMMON QUESTIONS
- Q: How different is the content in Reforged from the Revised Core Rulebook (published several years ago)? A: While the game's feel isn't changing, we are streamlining several core pieces and adding a significant amount of new content. Nearly half the book is filled with new content. We will also have a conversion guide inside the book to bring your older books up to speed with Reforged. We strongly suggest picking up the new rulebook, as all future content will not be fully compatible with the mechanics within our previous publications.
- Q: What about the Starter Kit? A: A lot of the ideas we're carrying forward were previewed in the Starter Kit. We'll release a free conversion guide to bring it up to speed.
- Q: What about other previously published supplements? A: While Flames of Freedom and Blackbirds are some of our favorite Powered by ZWEIHÄNDER games, they are published by other individuals. Without spoiling too much, we have big plans for the long-awaited Gangs of Kahabro in 2024, and fans of Dark Astral should be thrilled with what we have in store for 2025.
- Q: What about third-party supplement support? A. We are expanding beyond the Grim & Perilous Library! A completely open third-party gaming license is coming, akin to Dragonbane and MÖRK BORG, which ensures you can create and release new supplements using whatever channel you like for no licensing fee. Best of all, you own your own creations.
