From the Factory to You: In the coming months, we’ll be finalizing the print files and carefully reviewing the production samples to ensure every item meets our high standards. Once production completes, we’ll ship the games to our fulfilment partners who will manage their delivery to you. This process involves meticulous coordination, which is why we’re giving ourselves a generous timeline to do it right. Backers of Awaiting the Burning Gods are expected to receive their rewards by this time next year if not sooner. We'll communicate with regular monthly updates all along the way to make sure you know exactly where we are at in the production process.
Shipping will be charged after the campaign, close to when the game is ready to send your way. This helps guarantee that we collect all the shipping costs we need to make sure you get your goods.
Currently, we’ve secured localised shipping for the USA (Flying Cloud), Canada and the UK (Compose Dream Games). Outside of these areas, depending on your country of residence, you may be liable to pay customs charges on your package. Sales tax (GST) in Canada, if applicable, will also be collected.
