I absolutely love designing pins, in the past I always self funded them - so while I will be using the same manufacturer and fulfillment company that I use for pins on my website this will be my first time crowdfunding a campaign ahead of time! This is very exciting for me as the success of this campaign opens up the door for me creating larger and grander campaigns without having to worry about scraping the capital together to fund them myself. It also helps me to get a true gauge on peoples interest in things!

  • February 13rd: Campaign ends.
  • Early March: Surveys are sent out to backers. 
  • Mid March: Surveys close.
  • March-April: Funds are released. Orders are placed. Pins and other items go into production and are shipped to White Squirrel (the shipping fulfillment company I work with)
  • June: Pins are shipped out to backers.

How Backerkit Works

  • Backerkit will not charge you unless the campaign reaches its funding goal.
  • You can change your pledge amount at any time before the campaign ends.
  • Surveys will be sent out once the campaign has completed so you can pick which designs you would like.
  • You will receive updates on production and fulfillment as they progress, through your Backerkit email or the Community tab on the campaign page.

Once backers have received their pledges, any extras will be available after the campaign on my website but at a higher price.
