Your choices in these dialogues impact the story's progression. Show empathy and understanding to build strong relationships, or take a more sceptical approach to uncover hidden truths. Solve puzzles to fix the customer's devices. Each puzzle is meant to be challenging and not frustrating. We have taken lengths to make the puzzles calm and cosy with no-fail states and still make you feel satisfied.
