Thank you for making our first Pintopia a success! Now, here's what happens next.
In the next two weeks, your pledges will be processed by BackerKit. Watch your email for confirmation, or to quickly address any payment problems.
Surveys will be tested and approved by BackerKit on or after February 27, and then sent to backers shortly after, and that will be your opportunity to select which designs you want to receive, to add any additional items. (There are more cool things in the pre-order store than were shown in the campaign, so be sure to browse!)
After surveys are collected, with final quantities determined, production begins!
Once pins and products are in hand, fulfillment begins. You'll can update if a shipping address has changed (it shouldn't have been too long since the surveys, but life can happen) and then we'll begin hand-packing and sending your new pins, stickers, prints, and more.
All of this is well-planned and should run in a relatively straightforward manner, but in case of any sudden and unexpected turbulence, we'll let you know.
