Welcome to my third enamel pin crowdfunding campaign - this time with a yummy popsicle theme! Initially planning to make these a mini pin collection, I quickly realized I was trying to pack too much detail into tiny little pins - so these fun popsicles will be 1.5" tall to ensure all their designs are given a chance to shine!
The base goal will consist of a wide variety of designs - plus a freebie cat paw based on Midnight Springs gacha cat paw mini pins!
a black, glittery soft enamel popsicle with a glittery purple stick, and screen printed planets and stars over top a clear epoxy coating; made with dark nickel metal.
a chrome white metal pin with 7 screen printed colors over soft enamel - the drips will have translucent soft enamel in corresponding colors, and a translucent enamel popsicle stick with iridescent glitters.
this unique pin will be testing a new technique - UV printed honeycomb underneath translucent honey colored soft enamel, finished off with a cute screen printed bee and shine on the comb! This pin will have gold metal and the translucent enamel allows for a flush finish similar to pins topped with epoxy.
A note about honeycomb - I will be sampling this pin along with the 2 UV-beneath-translucent-enamel spooky pins to ensure the translucent enamel won't obscure the UV too much. If it does obscure too much, I will swap to a transparent fill instead, but will be sure to communicate this to backers clearly!

Amora’s beans are a Neapolitan mix of colors, while Coco’s beans are a mostly pink with a few black spots on them as well 💖. Midnight Springs' freebie is inspired by Melona popsicles - she recently finally had her first Melona and is now obsessed!! It will be made with the same glittery pigment that is in the toe beans of her other paw pins, except in the entire pin to resemble the frosty appearance of the popsicles. 💚🍈 this pin will measure 20mm in size - perfect for filling in any small spaces on your pin board!

I've decided to change things up a bit as each stretch goal is a grouping of designs - and I will let YOU ALL decide on which goal will come next! Each group of pins will have a different dollar value attached to it, but they will all generally be in the same area of cost except for the paws, as they are an entirely different mold.

Like the freebie pin, these popsicles are a little bit different! With a more rounded look, soft little beans, and 4 new colorways, these sweet peets are ready to eat!
Featuring white with pink beans, black with pink beans, orange with pink beans and tuxedo with black beans, each pin will have a different metal (Gold for orange, dark nickel for black and tuxedo, and dyed white for white), as well as epoxy over top of the soft enamel. Tuxedo peet will feature one screen printed color.

NOTE: Skelly & Slime are being sampled to ensure the translucent enamel over UV will work; if it doesn't, transparent will be used instead.
Gelatinous slime features a bright blue-green dyed metal, with UV printed and 2 screen printed details layered in translucent enamel to give the illusion of a drippy face inside of slime. Skelly is a yellow-green chrome metal with translucent black enamel over top of UV printed details and a glow in the dark skull to top things off! Witches Brew is a purple dyed metal with a bright green soft enamel, 5 screen printed colors, and a glittery purple popsicle stick.
Vaporwave & Retro - $650 to unlock
Retro V1 is a dark blue dyed metal pin with black soft enamel, and four screen printed colors - reminiscent of a roller rink or arcade style carpet. Retro V2 is a periwinkle dyed metal pin with black soft enamel with and a UV printed iconic movie theater and arcade style carpet. Vaporwave V1 is a dark nickel pin space-themed UV printed vaporwave design, over black glittery soft enamel. Vaporwave V2 is a bright turquoise dyed metal pin with black soft enamel and 4 screen printed colors, featuring a bright pink sun and a turquoise vaporwave netting. All 4 pins feature a clear epoxy finish (on top of UV printing, but beneath screen printing)
Citrus Pops - $450 to unlock
Each popsicle will feature soft enamel and three screen printed colors, along with translucent soft enamel in the drips, dyed metal to match the popsicle color scheme, and a clear epoxy top coat. These three tangy popsicles will feature 3 citrus fruits - Lemon, Lime and Pink Grapefruit.

Each pin will be dyed neon metal, translucent soft enamel, and neon glitters that pack a fun surprise (they GLOW!). There will be a purple, red, and yellow popsicle in this set.

This set of pins features Taro, Matcha and Mango Passion Fruit bubble teas!
Taro features a purple dyed metal, purpled soft enamel and a UV printed gradient to simulate the milk tea, with screen printed tapioca pearls and a purple popsicle stick. Matcha features a diluted soft green dyed metal, green soft enamel and a UV printed gradient to simulate the milk tea, with screen printed tapioca pearls and a green popsicle stick. Mango Passion Fruit is an orange dyed enamel pin with UV printed popping passion fruit boba beneath translucent orange mango-colored soft enamel and a brown popsicle stick.

My cost breakdown for this campaign will be a little bit different than my last two campaigns. This is in large part due to the impending tarrifs that may or may not be enacted due to the upcoming change in president in the US. In order to ensure i am able to afford any surprises, i have built a small amount of buffer into my cost, so that if something ends up more expensive, i am able to cover it without paying out of pocket. If I have enough unallocated buffer funds at the end of the campaign, however, I will be sure to funnel those into unlocking additional pins if possible :)
This time, there will still be 10% to account for BK and stripe fees, but the new other amounts will be 70% covering manufacturing cost, 5% to account for purchase of supplies to get pins and merch to backers - mailers, labels, packaging etc., 5% to account for the cost of shipping pins from my manu to me, and 10% buffer.
This campaign will run from January 23rd to February 13th. Because each pin will receive its own separate pledge tier and add on, I will have accurate counts prior to surveys being sent and be able to put the order in to my manufacturer as soon as funds are received (roughly 2 weeks post campaign).
The rest of the timeline is as follows - keep in mind that this is subject to change if any problems occur, either in manufacturing, shipping, or personally/health wise on my end. I will be sure to communicate these slowdowns with you as they arise.

SHIPPING
See the chart below for estimated minimum shipping costs - keep in mind that these are only potential estimates, and not a guarantee, and are likely to increase rather than decrease. Shipping costs are charged after surveys are sent out and I have gathered your address, in the post-campaign survey.
You will have the opportunity to add on extra items in your post campaign survey. Add on items may come with additional shipping costs depending on the final weight of your order.
I will be shipping all orders through USPS Ground Advantage, or, if you have an exceptionally large order, potentially UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Only UK orders greater than 135£ / EU orders greater than 150€ will be processed. Others must be refunded due to VAT law. This allows me to ship your order without needing to calculate and pre-pay VAT prior to your package shipping. This does leave you responsible for paying customs/VAT upon receipt of your package.
I've decided to give Backerkit's Pay Over Time beta feature a try for this campaign - I'd like to give folks a chance to pledge to a higher tier or put more add-ons in their cart if they want to, but can't necessarily front the entire amount at the end of the campaign (Feb 13th)! If your pledge is over $150, after you select a pledge and go to Checkout, you'll be given the option to pay 4 equal interest-free monthly installments of your pledge total over the course of 4 months.
If you select Pay Over Time, you acknowledge that:
Your rewards will not qualify for shipment until you have paid in full. Pay over time typically takes 4-8 weeks, depending on the service; due to the nature of pin production, however, it is likely that shipping will not have begun until that point.
You understand that any partial payments made are not eligible for a refund.
You understand that you will not be able to access the pledge manager survey until after you have paid in full.
This campaign is structured so that you are able to pledge for exactly which pin(s) you want - this means that even though your survey will not be sent until after you have fully paid, you will not miss out on any pin choices provided you have added them to your pledge prior to the campaign ending.
My pins come in 3 grades - A grade, Standard grade, and seconds/B grade
A Grade pins have no visible flaws up close, at least from me looking over them. These would be considered collectible and I recommend they be used for display only, or inside an ita bag with a clear covering. A grades are not available within this campaign.
Standard Grade pins have a few extremely minor flaws that can be seen up close, but flaws cannot be distinguished from 2+ feet away. Those flaws may include low enamel, specks or scratches in enamel, specks or scratches in the metal plating, slightly miscolored enamel, slightly flawed printing, and the like. These pins are ideal for display where they may be open to the elements (on an uncovered ita bag, a backpack, a lanyard, a lapel or other clothing item, etc.)
Seconds grade pins are ones with noticeable flaws even at a distance. These may include flaws like holes/craters in the enamel (caused by bubbles that were polished down), large or dark specks in the enamel or metal, very significantly low or missing enamel, smeared or very uneven printing, overflowed enamel, really deep scratches in the enamel, visible metal behind glitter. When I sell seconds grade pins at conventions, people usually do not care about the flaws and happily purchase them anyway. These pins are a good option for someone on a budget who still wants to add to their pin collection and may not care about imperfections and larger flaws.
EARLY BIRD & RETURNING BACKER PLEDGE LEVELS All early bird backers are those who back within the first 48 hours of the campaign. They will receive an exclusive sticker of their choosing (based on all unlocked designs). If you cancel your pledge and later re-pledge, you will lose your early bird status.
Returning backers will be receiving an exclusive mini pin set of 3 dyed metal mini popsicles!
DESIGN
My design photos are only mockups - due to the differences in how screens display color, there may be slight differences in what you see on the screen vs. how the pins will look in person. Rest assured I will do my best to ensure the finished result is accurate.
There may also be minor design changes as required by the manufacturer. Any major changes will be explained to backers before they are made.
Glitters, translucent enamel, and metal plating colors may vary on the physical product.
PRODUCTION
You may not know, but pin-making is still largely done by people, and not machines. Due to this, human error is a possibility. All backers of this campaign will receive standard grade pins - for more information on pin grading, please see the section on pin grading.
While I did my best to account for buffers in between steps on the timeline, there is always a chance for production delays, delays in shipping, or unforeseen life events which might push back my own timeline for grading and fulfilling pledges. I will do my best to communicate any setbacks or delays.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Chronic cancellations will result in being barred from future pledges on my campaigns.
If you do not fill out your survey within 60 days of receiving it, your pledge will be assumed as a donation.
If a chargeback is filed and the name matches the individual filing the chargeback, you will not be accepted as a backer for any future projects, and may be barred from purchasing items in my storefront.
If you pledge to a custom tier which requires input from you at any point post-campaign, similar to not filling out a survey, if within 60 days post-campaign you do not respond to requests for information, photos, etc. for the custom item, that portion of your pledge will be considered a donation.
By collecting your pledge at the end of this campaign, it is assumed that you have read and fully understood everything outlined above, including any risks associated with the process, policies, conditions and estimated timelines.
If you are familiar with Kickstarter, Backerkit functions in a very similar way!
While this campaign is live, you can pledge to any open ledge level - at the time of pledging, your payment method will not be charged. Backerkit is an all or nothing platform, which means that you will only be charged if the base goal is funded. If the base goal is not funded, the pins will not be made, and you will not be charged.
Once the campaign ends you will be charged for the cost of your pledge level only (shipping costs are paid later within your survey). Roughly 2 weeks after the campaign ends, you will receive a BackerKit survey to choose your designs, pay shipping fees, and add your shipping address. In your survey, there will be an add-ons section where you can add extra items, such as stickers, pins, lanyards, stretch goal pins, and more.
