We have been contributing work towards this project for many years, and are thrilled to have the opportunity to accelerate this project into reality with public support for it. We have already created the foundation for an audio visualizer engine and created over 150 scenes. Your support makes the following possible:

• Accelerate completion our extensive work to date and bring to reality a superbly refined professional piece of workmanship to have a wonderful collection of dynamic backgrounds and the world’s best audio visualizer.

• Implement a wallpaper engine that works with the visualizer we have created and do extensive optimization to achieve highest visual fidelity with lowest CPU impact.

• Modify 150+ audio-responsive scenes to work in various modes - from creating spectacle to silence with organic data flowing to being highly responsive to music.

• Implement a more sophisticated camera model that creates a high-quality show. From near-stand-still pensive scenery, switching to high energy when audio is detected.

• Add settings to give you the most control possible.

Our development is anticipated to take the team approximately 90 non-stop enthusiastic workdays from project approval, plus approximately two weeks per scene set in the Stretch Goals section.

Luminant Wallpaper already contains over 150 audio-responsive scenes, but this is barely the tip of the iceberg of possibilities. If we are fortunate enough to exceed our project goal, we will create additional scene sets in the order shown below.

• The project will be released first with the existing scenes, and scene sets will be produced and released as completed.

• These scenes don’t exist yet, so we use CONCEPT ART to convey as accurately as possible the spirit and intention of each set. Actual scenes will be inspired by the  images shown below.

• Every scene will be made dynamic - rendered fluidly in 2D or 3D, evolving smoothly over time to either procedural data or responding in real time to audio if detected to create never-ending spectacle.
