Thank you so much for your interest in my silly little shrimp bags!
These bags have been just a little thought (okay, no, a LARGE obsession) since January of 2024 when I drew these mock ups and posted them online.
I saved and scrimped (shrimped?? scrimped?? please laugh it is 7:30am) my money together for high-quality samples, which took quite a while to produce. Mostly because I am extremely picky and wanted to ensure the product met my expectations, and the manufacturer I am in contact with provided that and more!
Above is the very first picture I took of them - in my excitement, it is not the best picture ever, but I was TOO HAPPY TO CARE. I will now let the video I took do the talking, but here is some basic specs on the bags and the tempura clutch!
Sizes + Features
The large tempura bag is roughly 13.5 inches, 35 cm (not including tail) in length, 7inches/ 18 cm in width. Includes two small internal pockets (good for pens, business cards, separating out smaller objects etc) and a small internal zipper pocket.
The raw shrimp bag is roughly 11 inches in length, 28 cm (not including tail), 5 inches/ 13cm in width and also features the same inner lining, and pockets/ inner zipper.
Both bags feature a long, adjustable matching nylon strap, metal hardware, matching zippers, a custom rice-and-seaweed inner lining (hand drawn by me) and THE BEST PART: The tail has a slip-pocket feature that can fit SO MANY GOODIES INSIDE
The tempura clutch is small, around 6.5 inches in length, 16.5 CM in length, about 3 inches/ 8cm in width . It features a secure, soft strap on the back and a zipper on top. It's great for use as a wallet or coin purse.
What can I fit inside the bags?
For each larger bag, you can fit quite a few essentials. A phone, wallet, keys, lip gloss, tiny frog, etc too! "What's in my shrimp bag" video coming soon ;)
For the clutch, it is more suited for smaller items like coins, lipstick/ gloss, money, cards, etc. I personally intended the clutch to be paired with the purses and to be used as a wallet, which you can absolutely do!
