UNDER NEON is an isometric cyberpunk rouge-like. Explore an alternate future where the internet is outlawed and the people are oppressed by corporations running their respective city’s. At sunset, venture out into your city to solve mysteries, acquire new gear and abilities, take out the local hackers gang, unlock new passages in the city and find out UNDER NEON’s secrets.
Character Builds.
UNDER NEON uses an open progression system allowing you to craft your character to your play style. Upgrade your marksmanship ability to deal more damage with pistols and unlock higher quality guns. Or perhaps you would like upgrade your gear and character with nano tech gear and enhancements allowing you to control electronics in your environment while enhancing your abilities with nano tech skills. Build a melee based character designed for getting close to the target and dealing heavy damage and being able to take more damage. Upgrade your hacking abilities and get better gearing allowing you to hack into local systems and gain access to new locations while turning some local machines to your favor.
